When coincident feature layers with both coincident geometry and labels are added to the same web map, labels from the initial layer will cease to be visible in the web map.

Solución alternativa

This workaround applies to Point Data Only:

1. Open up the Label Class Options pane.
2. Go to the Position tab.
3. Go to the Placement subtab.
   1. For Placement, select something other than 'Best position'.
4. Go to the 'Conflict resolution' subtab.
   1. Go to the 'Unplaced labels' option.
   2. Select the box for 'Never remove (place overlapping)'.
