Error
When changing symbols of a point layer in Map Viewer, the edit window remained on the loading screen in ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes 10.9.1.

This is not reproducible when the Simplified Chinese language content is added via ArcGIS Enterprise Administrator API. In ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes, the organization includes only the English set of Esri-provided content by default including the content that powers point symbology options in Map Viewer and Map Viewer Classic.
