Error
When certain Esri basemaps are used for a geopoint question in ArcGIS Survey123 Connect, the chosen basemap is not honored when viewing the published survey anonymously.

Solución alternativa
Change the basemap of the web map created after publishing. This then displays the desired basemap when viewed anonymously.
