Error

When ArcGIS saves field calculator expressions, it limits the file name to 63 characters; however, if a name longer than 63 characters is entered, ArcGIS omits the file extension.

When saving, shorten the file name before saving, or shorten the file name after saving and add the appropriate extension, although an existing file of a different type may already be overwritten.
