When anonymously browsing Portal for ArcGIS, a public group is not listed under the Groups page.

This issue could not be reproduced in the latest version of ArcGIS Server. Please contact Esri Technical Support for further questions. To display public groups on the Groups page for anonymous users, users are required to select them on the Organization > Edit Settings > Groups page. In the Feature Groups section, choose the groups to expose on the Groups page.Solución alternativa
