Error

When an ArcGIS Online layer is time enabled, required date fields that are not specified when editing in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS are populated as 12/30/1899 after editing.

Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS has the same behavior as Map Viewer in ArcGIS Online 7.2. The date required field can be cleared and the default value '1899-12-30' is filed by the service from the back-end. There is a bug of js-api 3.14 (online3.8), so the users saw a different behavior that has been fixed now.
