Error
When an ArcGIS Dashboard has a mobile view configured, once it is displayed in an ArcGIS Hub Initiative, the dashboard will default to mobile view even if it is viewed on a desktop machine.

This issue is not reproducible after the ArcGIS Online October 2023 update. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services.Solución alternativa
- Create two separate dashboards: one with only a desktop view and one with only a mobile view.
- In the ArcGIS Hub Initiative, in the application card:
- Select the dashboard with the desktop view in Default.
- Select the dashboard with the mobile view in Mobile.
By doing this, the initiative will select the different view based on the device, and will open the appropriate dashboard.
