Error

When adding third-party tiled internet layers like Virtual Earth that use the GCS_WGS_1984_Major_Auxiliary_Sphere into an existing map, users get the transformation warning dialog but in the GCS Transformation dialog there are no predefined transformations listed that users can choose from for commonly used GCS, such as NAD83 and NAD27. As a result there can be noticeable alignment problems depending on user map's coordinate system and geographic location.
