Error

When adding layers from a third-party Web Feature Service (WFS) service to ArcGIS Online, the layer does not load, and only headers for the attribute table are returned. There is no error message when adding the layer to My Content to suggest that the layer is incompatible.

It is a service issue. The reason is that according to the capabilities a GetFeature request is supported via POST. But in reality they all return HTTP 500 errors.
