When accessing the Attribute Editor via the Edit and Attributes panel in ArcGIS Pro, the drop-down menus for fields with coded value domains do not display duplicate descriptions. Instead, only one entry for each duplicate description is shown, effectively hiding other values with the same description but different codes.

Solución alternativa

To avoid the problem of missing duplicate descriptions in the Attribute Editor, use the Attribute Table instead:

1. Open the Attribute Table for the layer.
2. Select or edit the field with the domain directly from the table.
3. The drop-down menu in the Attribute Table correctly displays all codes, including those with duplicate descriptions, allowing the desired value without ambiguity to be selected.
