Error
When accessing a secured ArcGIS Server service through Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS in Portal for ArcGIS 10.6 using Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA), if the short term token time for the ArcGIS Server token is changed from the default of 60 minutes, the token expires in 30 minutes even though the short term token time is not set to 30 minutes. After changing the short term token back in ArcGIS Server Manager to 60 minutes, the token still expires in 30 minutes.
