Error
When accessed and logged in via ArcGIS Enterprise Sites, the ArcGIS Experience Builder web apps are always logged in, even after logging out on other tabs.

This issue is fixed in Portal for ArcGIS 11.2 and 11.0. This defect is addressed in the Portal for ArcGIS Security 2025 Update 1 Patch.
