Error
When a user changes the basemap of the map to one from OS Maps API, through Map Viewer or in Content, it is not added or does not appear when printing.

Re-add the OS Maps API basemap layer into Map Viewer Classic, save, then open in Map Viewer. The layer can then be exported.
