Error

When a spatial table created using SQL Plus in Oracle (19c or 12c) is registered with the geodatabase as a polygon feature class using ST_GEOMETRY storage, features can be created properly in ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro 2.7.4, but empty SHAPE results in ArcGIS Pro 2.8.x.
