Error

When a join is created for a layer and an excel table is used as the join table field, features are not displayed in Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer.

Per the issue description, this issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7. ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 has been retired and is no longer supported, so this issue is will not be addressed.
