Error

When a feature class containing a string type coded domain is published to ArcGIS Online using the Unique Values symbology, the map legend displays the domain description while Add Features displays the domain code when opening in Map Viewer.

The template picker of the "unique value" layer displays the domain code instead of the domain description/name because the template names defined in the layer have them

Solución alternativa

Publish the layers to ArcGIS Online using the Single Symbol symbology.
