Web maps which use hosted tile layers projected in WGS84 (EPSG: 4326) open centered on a 0,0 coordinate when opened with an ArcGIS Hub sharing link.

When sharing as a web layer in ArcGIS Pro, specify the tiling scheme as ArcGIS Online, Bing Maps, or Google Maps. This results in the hosted tile layer to be projected with the Web Mercator projection, and the issue in ArcGIS Hub does not occur.
