Web Feature Service (WFS) query fails in ArcGIS Server 10.5 when using latitude,longitude values, but works in ArcGIS for Server 10.4 because ArcGIS Server 10.5 is not preserving the axis order that is specified in ArcGIS Server Manager.

Solución alternativa

The following are possible workarounds to resolve this issue:

1) Change the force axis order in ArcGIS Server Manager. If the desired response is latitude, longitude, then change the force axis order to longitude, latitude. Conversely, if the desired response is longitude, latitude, change the force axis order to latitude, longitude.

2) When querying the service, use longitude, latitude values instead.
