*added 4.2.07 by CJL*I found a workaround to this issue:1. Start Windows Explorer and navigate to <a href="file:C:/Documents" target="_blank">C:\Documents</a> and Settings\<your_login_folder>\Application Data\ESRI\ArcMap\Templates.2. Delete or rename Normal.mxt.3. Start ArcMap.4. Move the toolbars where you want. Save a save blank map and exit ArcMap to save your changes to the new Normal.mxt...and then don't move the toolbars again - or repeat the steps if the toolbars need to be moved until the bug is addressed.see kb32865Pasos para reproducir
