Solución alternativa

  • Add the layer using the service URL instead of the ArcGIS item URL.
  • Configure the symbology in ArcGIS Online as a 'Basic point' and change the symbology to the 'uploaded symbols' for the points to appear in ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App.
