You can do a save-as at 10 on the MXD. Then the warning will never show up again. (However, the warning will pop up once when performing the save-as, but will not show up when re-opening the MXD.) You can also click the “never show this message again”. However, if you want to know what other MXDs had VBA in them, do not choose this option.
