Error
Validating topology for specific dirty areas in a utility network returns Error 999999 using the geoprocessing tool and returns the error message, "Edit operation failed. ERROR:" when validating topology using the ribbon.

This is a duplicate of BUG-000146998. The cause of this issue is the same as outlined in BUG-000146998. During reconcile, delete/update conflicts that leave a feature or object with a deleted dirty area and feature are encountered. However, if the deleted feature or object is restored via Conflict Manager, it can create a scenario where the dirty area becomes out of sync. This leads to failures during validation such as those outlined in the case for this bug.Pasos para reproducir
