Error
Using the Selectable Layers option returns no pop-ups when selecting a feature in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.

Solución alternativa
Workaround:
- By adding the layer from the source (catalog), the pop-up will be visible.
- Adding a layer to an existing map or a new map in the same project or in a new project from the source (catalog) will show a pop-up as expected.
