Using the Make Route Event Layer geoprocessing tool in ArcGIS Pro and ArcMap result in the "Route not Found" error message for one or all the event records if either contains an apostrophe.

Solución alternativa

This issue occurs only when the Route Event table has a value with an apostrophe where the corresponding route ID is missing in the route feature class. Route not found incorrectly displays for routes found (the features do draw). Remove or rename the route event value with the apostrophe, and the statuses for the Loc_Error display correctly.
