Error
Using the Calculate Stated Area tool with the Parcel Fabric Quality Control add-in provides incorrect (negative) value for parcels with large dull curves.

ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026.
