Using the Append Attributes From Polygon tool (Crime Analysis toolbox) does not overwrite the fields correctly if the point layer is a hosted feature layer.

The Append Attributes From Polygon tool is no longer being updated. The Append Attributes From Polygon tool has been replaced by the Join Attributes From Polygon tool in ArcGIS Pro 2.6 and higher. This new tool can be used in with the newest Crime Analysis solution (2.1), the latest .esriAddInX file (2021.6.29), or in ArcGIS Pro (2.6 and higher).
