Using 'Select By Location' and choosing features that 'Are Identical To' return a different number of features when selecting from one layer on another compared to selecting from the other layer on the one layer.

One work around that can be applied is by importing the shapefiles into a geodatabase. When this is done, the XY tolerance takes care of the miniscule differences (even if the XY tolerance is set to 0, it will still jump to the smallest tolerance available).Pasos para reproducir
