Using a Seed File with Export to CAD, when the data is stored in a personal geodatabase feature class, it fails to create features on the levels as specified in the seed file.

If the data being exported is stored in a file geodatabase, the Level numbers are read correctly from the seed file, and features in the output DGN file appear on the assigned levels.
