Error
Users with custom roles cannot be invited and added to a group with 'All items (group membership is limited to the organization' enabled after an update to ArcGIS Online (Sept 2018); The following error is returned: "Unable to add user <username> to the group. The user may not have the privileges needed to join the group or may have hit the maximum number of groups (512)."
