Users with Creator user type and Publisher role cannot add Survey123 materials despite Organization Sharing in a Mission Project in ArcGIS Enterprise.

Solución alternativa

The administrator needs to access the Survey123 form page. Open the survey, go to Collaborate page, then Share Survey, and then Check for the 'Members of the following group' option, and check for the group folder of the Mission Project.
