Collector for ArcGIS (Classic) is retired and no longer being updated.

Solución alternativa

As a workaround, perform a factory reset on the device. However, this is not ideal if using offline maps. Alternatively, remove the 'ArcGIS_Collector' folder from the Android tablet and reinstall Collector for ArcGIS. Refer to the steps are outlined below:

Connect the Android tablet to a PC via the USB cable. Make sure Collector for ArcGIS is closed.
Using Windows Explorer on the PC, navigate to the tablet and locate the ArcGIS_Collector folder.
Cut and paste the folder onto the desktop.
On the device, uninstall and reinstall Collector for ArcGIS. A new ArcGIS_Collector folder is created on the device.
Launch Collector for ArcGIS and access the free maps via ‘Try Collector for ArcGIS’.
Attempt to open the ‘GNSS Capture’ map. Check if the basemap loads. If it does, log in and open the map and download it.

Replace the ArcGIS_Collector folder afterwards on the device, if necessary.
