Solución alternativa

• Select and share the dependent feature layers along with the map or the app.
• Own the items if the user has the Administrator role.
• Share the items to the organization (refresh after updating the sharing to see the changes).
• Share the items publicly (no refresh required; the dependent items do not update as they are publicly shared).
