Updating a feature layer’s symbology from being symbolized by a subtype field and updating the feature’s templates causes all but one of the domains configured on the subtype field to be removed.

Solución alternativa

Style the layer on the subtype field > Unique Values. Click Configure Editing > Templates > Update > Save. The correct templates appear in the Create Features pane, and each displays their respective domains in the form.
