Unable to view the public shared feature layer in the 'Feature information' pane when the user does not sign in.

Solución alternativa

1. The 'Feature information' pane works as expected for the first layer in the Layers list. Drag the desired layer to the top of the Layers list to ensure the Feature Information pane successfully displays the data.
2. If the intended audience for this report is internal users that have an ArcGIS Online/Enterprise account in the organization, change the sharing of at least one layer in the visual to be organization only. This will prompt users to sign in when viewing the Power BI report page containing the layer that is not shared publicly with a 'Connect to ArcGIS' button. The 'Feature information' pane works as expected after signing in to the ArcGIS visual. However, this workaround would not work if the Power BI report is intended for a public audience.
