This is expected behavior in the Field Maps Designer web app. The basic form elements are only available for hosted feature services in ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0+. If using byReference feature services or older versions of ArcGIS Enterprise, those form elements are not available to be used.Solución alternativa
- Publish the layers as hosted layers.
- Alternatively, upgrade the version of the PostgreSQL database to one supported with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise. Refer to https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/system-requirements/11.0/windows/database-requirements-postgresql.htm for more information.
If updating the database version does not fix the behavior, using hosted layers is necessary.
