This defect is resolved in the Portal for ArcGIS 11.3 Security 2025 Update 3 Patch. Refer to: https://support.esri.com/en-us/patches-updates/2025/portal-for-arcgis-security-2025-update-3-patch If there is a need to uninstall the Portal for ArcGIS 11.3 Security 2025 Update 2 Patch B, users must first uninstall the Portal for ArcGIS 11.3 Security 2025 Update 1 Patch B. Not following this order results in an error and the uninstall does not proceed.Solución alternativa
