The indoors spaces feature layer can't be shared with groups that allow external org users. - Change the group setting for 'Who can be in this group?' to 'My organization's members only'.
- Share the Indoors Spaces Feature Layer item with the group.
- Change the 'Who can be in this group?' setting back to 'Any organization's members'.
