Error
Unable to see the last edited user information for a feature service with editor tracking enabled even though the 'Keep track of who created and last updated features' option is checked.

Under the track edits section while editing the item details of the feature service, check one of the following options:
- Editors can view, update, and delete only the features added.
- Editors can update and delete only the features added.
