Solución alternativa

- increase the screen resolution of your monitor.- enable the auto-hide on the taskbar.- click the Restore Down button in the upper right hand corner of the ArcMap user interface, dettach the utility network analyst toolbar and float it above the ArcMap user interface at the highest point usable on the screen.
