Unable to save changes to the Survey status under the Collaborate tab when the survey contains over 10 MB of images in the Notes question type in a survey published from ArcGIS Survey123.

This is a duplicate of BUG-000124952: The reproduction steps described are substantially identical (adding media external to the Survey, which is stored in the 'media' folder).

Solución alternativa

  1. In ArcGIS Survery 123, navigate to the Design tab of the published survey.
  2. Remove photos until the survey contains less than 10 MB.
  3. Publish the survey.
  4. In the Collaborate tab, adjust the Survey status and save the changes.
  5. Re-add the photos and save the changes.
  6. Republish the survey.
