Open the hosted scene layer in Scene Viewer, click the 'Building explorer' widget, and check one or more discipline layer(s) (see image below), then save as a new scene. Alternatively, repeat the steps starting from ArcGIS Pro, turn the discipline layers on, and create a new building scene layer package file. Once uploaded and published to ArcGIS Online, the discipline layers are enabled and links are able to be added in ArcGIS GeoBIM.
