ArcGIS Hub made a large release in the summer of 2021, where the content view URL structure changed in order to simplify the user experience. At that time, as the bug notes, the filter URL parameter changed to use a unique value instead of a where clause. At this time, there are no near-term plans to change this behavior. The recommendation is for users to discuss this enhancement in the Esri Community forums and, if highly desirable, submit a formal enhancement request through the Esri Support Service.Solución alternativa
Users can apply filters to a view and then copy the URL instead of relying on the old URL pattern, which was changed during the summer of 2021.
