This issue is caused by how browsers handle images and is not a bug in ArcGIS StoryMaps. Story authors can use other workarounds to upload images in Mozilla Firefox and other browsers. Dragging images directly from other web pages is not a common nor recommended workflow for adding images to a story. This issue is not prioritized at this time.Solución alternativa
- Open the image from 'Browse your files' and double-click the image to open the image.
- Use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. First, download the image from the web page. Then, drag it into the story builder or click 'Browse your files' and select the image file from the local file system.
