Error
Unable to delete Summary Billed Review Job or 'Summary Billed Review Job - do not use' in ArcGIS Workflow Manager and fails with error.

ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026. Mature support means the end of functionality-based patches and hotfixes; therefore, this issue will not be addressed. There are no plans for future releases of ArcGIS Desktop, and it is recommended that you migrate to ArcGIS Pro. - Open the Workflow Manager Administrator and go to the database.
- Open the Jobs components and right-click the Job Types to create a new job.
- The newly created job match exactly the non-deleting Summary Billed Review Job which means has the same workflows, extended properties, maps etc.
- With the new job created, user can continue work and delete the jobs when necessary.
