Unable to delete portal users with a custom administrator role assigned with the 'Delete members' privilege.

Solución alternativa

There are two workarounds available for this issue.

First, instead of attempting to delete the individual member using the delete option on the member row, select the member, and click the delete option at the top right of the member list. Apply the following steps to delete members in Portal for ArcGIS.

1. Sign in to the ArcGIS Enterprise portal as the member assigned with the custom role.
2. Click Organization > Members.
3. Select the member(s) to be deleted by checking the check box.
4. At the top, click the More drop-down button and select the 'Delete members' option.
5. The Delete member dialog box is displayed.

The second workaround is to update the custom role to include the administrative privilege to view other members' content.
