Unable to create lists and delete fields when labels containing a custom expression are applied to a hosted feature layer in ArcGIS Online.

- Do not label using a custom expression, or turn off labels entirely.
- If labels with a custom expression are a necessity, they can be switched on and off when lists need to be created or updated, or fields need to be deleted.
