Unable to create custom age variables in ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App spanning 20 or more years.

Use the Advanced custom variable option instead of the Age variable. In the 'Create custom variable' pane, click 'Advance custom variable'. Click the Age category and select 5 Year Increments. Select the vintage year and age increments to build the custom age variable and click Add selected variables > Add as sum. Save and Add the custom variable to the analysis.
