This issue is not reproducible in the ArcGIS API for Python latest version. Ensure the GIS object has 'set_active=False' on the built-in account. For the Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA), ensure the login credentials are provided and the user can publish content.Solución alternativa
Connect to Portal for ArcGIS over the port 7443 URL using a built-in account. Example:
GIS ("https://portalURL:7443/arcgis", "username", "password")).
