This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.Solución alternativa
- Set the constraint as Fixed center to fix the map frame to the center of a specific feature class.
- Change the constraint to Fixed center and scale to change the scale value. Or, zoom to the layer (or selected features) BEFORE setting a map frame constraint.
