Solución alternativa

There is no issue adding the 'USA Soils Map Units' Living Atlas feature service from the 'Add Data' tool in ArcGIS Pro.
Make an ArcGIS GIS Server connection to the following link, https://landscape11.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services in the catalog pane in ArcMap, and drag the 'USA Soils Map Units' feature service into the data frame.
